Swoop's Online Order Form

Welcome to the new Swoop's online ordering system!

We are excited to offer you a new way to place your orders online. Please fill out the form below to get started.

Some reminders:

  • Picking Up:

    Orders will be located in Room 104 at your designated pick up time. If no one is in Room 104 Pierce Hall, please request assistance from a team member in Room 100 (in-person pantry) in Pierce Hall.

    Parking is available in the lot in front of Pierce Hall. Please park in the designated parking spots for Swoop's Pantry. If those spots are taken, we recommend parking on the street at the city owned meters.

    Your order will be available for pickup in Room 104 on your selected pickup date, anytime from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Late Pick Ups:

    Generally reminder emails for late pick ups are sent out the day after a scheduled pickup if the order is not picked up on the scheduled day.

    Late pickups are generally held for 24 hours after the original pick up date and time. After which, the order will be cancelled and the items returned to inventory.

    If you plan to pick up the next day, please email us at swoops_pantry@emich.edu.

  • Delivery:

    Delivery is available within a 5 mile radius of Swoop's Pantry. Please ensure that your address is within this radius before selecting delivery.

    Deliveries are limited availability at this time, restricted to Wednesday and Thursday at the times listed.

  • Regarding Same Day Orders:

    At this time, we are limited in our ability to accommodate same day orders. All orders must be in prior to 9:00 AM on the day of expected pickup or delivery.

    Under similar restrictions, modifications to orders after 9:00 AM on the day of pick up or delivery will not be able to be processed.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • Making Changes:

    If you need to make changes to your order after submission, you may do so by following the instructions in your order confirmation email.

  • Limitations:

    All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we will attempt to provide a suitable substitute.

    In some categories, we allow for selection of options higher than the number you will receive, this is to allow for flexibility in your order based on our inventory.

All orders will be ready to pickup at the time you have selected, unless communicated otherwise by the Swoop's team.

If you need to cancel an order on the day of pickup or delivery, please call us at (734) 487-4173.

Cancellations prior to the day of delivery/pickup can be made by following the instructions in your order confirmation email.
